This project involved the complete renovation of an existing house and the addition of a full 2nd story and front porch.

Tired of the Cape Cod style, the client wanted a Craftsman. Therefore, everything was done to make the house feel like it was always a Craftsman and not look like there was an addition to the house.

The renovation features traditional cedar shingles, eave brackets, exposed rafter tails, a belly board, and tapered Craftsman columns.
