The Chadderdon Remodel involves a complete renovation to an existing 1950’s single story ranch house. The existing house will be gutted, leaving only the foundation, the first floor, and the first floor exterior walls.

The renovated house will have two full stories for a total of 2,504 square feet of living space. Additionally, there will be a 220 square foot attached garage. A new stair will connect the two floors. (The existing house is only 1,100 square feet).

The exterior of the renovated house will be finished with smooth white stucco, stained butt-jointed cedar siding, and clear coated aluminum windows. The front porch and rear deck will be stained cedar. Folding NanaWall doors will connect the new dining room to the rear porch.
