This project involved the conversion of a 1954 ranch house into a private outpatient medical clinic. The existing building was gutted, both interior and exterior. A former attached garage was removed and a L-shaped addition was added to increase the square footage from 3701 square feet to 4953 square feet.

The exterior of the renovated building is finished with a horizontal cedar rain screen, stucco, painted wood trim, and bronze anodized aluminum windows. The renovated interior features wood floors, warm painted walls, glass light fixtures, modern trim, and custom cabinetry.

The site was completely redeveloped with a new ADA accessible entry, stairs, steel hand and guardrails, parking, and landscaping.

The building is located in the Gateway Design Review Overlay District and underwent the Design Review Process with the City of Portland.
